You will manage system availability, automate operational tasks, and enhance service reliability. You will be working on a global team that will ensure system reliability and performance. Together, this team will provide 24/7 emergency and second- and third-level support for products, restoring services as quickly as possible by taking immediate action when downtime occurs. *This role will require you to work out of our Waltham, MA office multiple days. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
