We want to help you reach your fullest potential!Additional Benefits offerings starting for full time employees with one year of serviceJob Duties:Roll clean silverware for serviceRemove dirty utensils, plates, drinks from tableClean and reset tables after guests leaveSweep service area, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessaryAble to assist guests from beginning to end of dining experienceAble to escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems in a constructive wayAble to communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are metHelp with food runningAdhere to health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areasFollow Manager directions throughout a shiftAble to interact with guests and help with guest needsAbout Smokey Bones:Smokey Bones is a full-service restaurant delivering great barbecue, award-winning ribs, and good times in 63 locations across 16 states. We offer a variety of meats that are slow-smoked, fire-grilled, and available for dine-in, pick-up, online ordering, or catering and delivery.RequirementsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English.Legal age in the state to serve alcoholAuthorized to work in the United StatesADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Excellent customer service and people skillsIn-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policiesStrong attention to detailHigh energy levelsAbility to work in a teamExcellent verbal communicationPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.Able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet.Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift.Able to hear, understand and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment.Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift.
