Starting Compensation:

77755.92 - 93307.10 USD Per Year

Working Location:

Redwood City: Mental Health Rehabilitation Center ( In-Person position )

Working Hours/Shift:

FT Sunday -Thursday AM shift ( 7:00 AM-3:30 PM )

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):

Education:

Masters degree in social science field

Experience:

Two (2) years of experience working in a behavioral health field.

License and Certification:

Rehabilitation Therapist II:

BBS registration as an AMFT ASW or APCC or Psychology Assistant; OR

Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Music Therapist Dance Therapist or Recreation Therapist

Rehabilitation Therapist III:

BBS licensed as LMFT LCSW LPCC or Psychologist

Valid California Drivers License and automobile insurance

How you will make a difference (job overview):

The Rehabilitation Therapist is responsible for providing direct and indirect rehabilitation services to participants. These services are provided through individualized and/or group activities for participants. The Rehabilitation Therapist may also provide work direction to Rehabilitation Aides.

Division/Program Overview:

• Population Served: Adults (Ages 1864)with severe mental health challenges that have required placement in a state hospital or other intensive behavioral health setting.
• Facility & Setting: 16-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility.
• Clinical Services: Comprehensive behavioral health and psychiatric services delivered by a multidisciplinary team.
• Skills & Transition :Independent living skills development self-sufficiency training and transition planning for community re-entry.
