Senior Counsel – Real Estate Transactions / Finance
A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactional Senior Counsel to join its sophisticated real estate and community development finance practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior attorney looking to handle complex real estate financing matters while working with an established team representing institutional lenders, investors, and other market participants.
Responsibilities
The underlying practice represents lenders, investors, and syndicators in real estate financings, including transactions involving low-income housing, historic rehabilitation, new markets, energy, and other state and federal tax credit programs.
Qualifications
Compensation
$260,000 – $320,000 , with final compensation dependent on experience, qualifications, and performance. Bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package are also available.
