The Renaissance Indianapolis North boasts 266 guest rooms, and 12,400 sq ft of event space.What you will have an opportunity to do:This position is eligible for $500 in sign on bonuses ($250 paid after 30 days, $250 paid after 90 days), monthly attendance and quarterly incentive plans.Schedule for this position is 4pm - 10:30pm Sunday through Thursday. This is considered a full time position, eligible for full time benefits. Guests of the Club Lounge frequently tip.We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Club Lounge Attendant. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable impression for our guests by creating a welcoming atmosphere for our elite guest, setting up food, maintaining the lounge and connecting with them. The Club Lounge Attendant is the top source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. This is a tremendous opportunity for a driven person to grow a career in hospitality with a world-class property.Your Role:Help guests discover their "Wanderlust" experienceSet and maintain food displaysEnsure cleanliness and safety of the Club LoungeProvide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interestEstablishing relationships with local area restaurants, shops and attractionsHelp to resolve problems and "WOW" guests through recovery when things aren't quite rightPromote and sell special hotel programsInteract with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary informationCommunicate all pertinent information to manager on dutyAssist other departments as neededWhat are we looking for?High school diploma or equivalentA strong desire to make an impact on other peopleAn outgoing and engaging personalityAdvanced knowledge of the local areaComputer skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced settingAbility to stand for the duration of the shiftMust be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidaysCompensation:$15.00Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
