Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated, and energetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who emphasizes client satisfaction, experience, and retention. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantwill be responsible for performing aesthetic consultations, administering injectable/aesthetic treatments, and developing personalized treatment plans. This role requires expertise in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures, along with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations to assess patient goals and develop customized treatment plans.
\n
• Administer neuromodulator treatments, including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau, ensuring precise and natural results.
\n
• Perform dermal filler injections to enhance facial contours, restore volume, and achieve desired patient outcomes.
\n
• Restore hair on patients with various hair loss conditions through tailored treatment plans with new, cutting-edge growth factors.
\n
• Educate patients on available aesthetic treatments, expected results, and post-procedure care.
\n
• Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in medical aesthetics.
\n
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all regulatory and safety standards.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in the state of Virginia.
\n
• Experience in aesthetic medicine, with minimum one year experience with neuromodulators and dermal filler injections.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
\n
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety, ethical medical practice, and delivering high-quality results.
\n
• A passion for aesthetics and a desire to continuously learn and refine injection techniques.
\n

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Experience:

• Dermal filler injection: 1 year (Preferred)
\n
• Neuromodulator injection: 1 year (Preferred)
